Suspension called Antirio bridge or Charilaos Trikoupis bridge at Corinth, Greece
Began use in 2004: the longest fully suspended bridge in the world, along with being classified as the world's longest multi-span cable-stayed bridge. It links the town of Antirrio (also spelled Antirio) to the north with Patra, Akteo, Rio, and Platani which are separated across the Gulf of Corinth to the south. The Corinth Canal is approximately 132 KM away (82 miles) to the East.
